Joanne Golbeck

Client Service Coordinator 

Joanne has been part of Vermillion since 2006 and is often the first point of contact for clients. She plays an essential role in creating a seamless client experience. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating appointments and supporting clients with their day-to-day requests.

Before joining Vermillion, Joanne worked as a credit analyst in the leasing division of a large telecommunications company, where she developed strong multitasking abilities that continue to serve her today. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, sewing, antique shopping, and most of all spending time with her family.
