Caroline Rutz 

Staff Accountant 

Since 2022, Caroline has been a Staff Accountant at Vermillion responsible for accounts payable and receivable, client’s billing and fee schedules, and a multitude of various tasks to assist with monitoring client’s portfolios. They are motivated by a desire to confirm that all the numbers add up correctly to ensure Vermillion can provide excellent and consistent service to our clients.  

Previously, Caroline served as a Medical Supply Coordinator at Medline Industries for one of Mississippi’s Medicaid agencies. During this time, they learned how to maneuver through insurance limitations, work with a variety of state and insurance staff, and manage shipping routes of products.  

With free time, Caroline enjoys working with textiles, attending art events, and game nights with friends.
