Client Service Coordinator
Alexandra (Allie) started with Vermillion as an intern in 2020 and returned to the firm full-time in January 2023. In her role as Client Service Coordinator, she is often a first point of contact for clients, welcoming them at the front desk and ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Behind the scenes, Allie manages day-to-day client communications, supports the Advisory staff with service requests, and oversees account maintenance.
Prior to joining Vermillion, Allie cultivated strong communication and leadership skills that reinforced her commitment to clients throughout her five years in customer service. She is motivated by the opportunity to enhance the client experience, by consistently providing dependable support and a positive, professional demeanor. Allie strives for all clients to foster trust and confidence in our staff throughout their financial journey.
In her free time, Allie enjoys staying active, watching movies (especially rom com’s), traveling, drinking a daily latte, and spending time with family and friends!
