How We BeginInquiry Evaluation

Your initial inquiry, whether via call or email, will be routed to one of Vermillion’s Certified Financial Planners® who will then determine the compatibility of the concerns expressed in your inquiry with the services we offer.

Initial Consultation

If we can provide beneficial services appropriate for your financial concerns, we will schedule a one-on-one, no-cost and no-obligation consultation focused on getting a better feel for your current financial situation, as well as your investment goals and needs. You will also learn more about the services we offer and the costs of those features we think would be the most beneficial to you and your family.

Discovery Consultation

The next step will be to schedule a discovery consultation, once again at no cost or obligation to you. For this meeting, you will bring for review all pertinent financial documentation that corresponds to the services that have been suggested to you. By taking this extra step, often skipped by other advisory firms, we are able to get a better understanding of your current financial situation and verify that our services will be of benefit to your specific needs. We would never engage in an agreement that could potentially waste your time and money.

Service Plan Selection

In this meeting, you and your Vermillion Financial Advisor will determine which initial services are best suited to begin the process of addressing your long-term financial goals. Your service plan will be custom-tailored to your specific needs. You can select from the following services: hourly consultations, an inventory of your finances, analyses of specific areas of importance, and more. Our approach allows you to choose only the services of value to you, the advisor with whom you would like to work, and your desired level of involvement. Vermillion Financial Advisors, Inc. prides itself on allowing our clients the freedom to pick and choose the services they need from us, and determine the responsibilities they are willing to retain for themselves.
